This is a small but technical project we built on the water in Lake Oswego. The site is at the bottom of a cliff (a steep zigzag trail descends to where the boat house will be) and thus very difficult to access. We utilized barges to transport tools and materials to the site as well as drive piles into the steep lake bed,  set and welded the steel beams etc. The setting couldn’t be more beautiful and the final product is a simple but elegant structure that sits nestled against the shore of the main lake.
